ما هو إختبار SHL؟

يعتبر امتحان SHL من اكثر امتحانات التقييم شيوعًا للشركات العالمية، عند تقدمك لمنصب وظيفي في أحد هذه الشركات المذكورة أعلاه، قد يتطلب منك أن تخضع لامتحان SHL    ليتم تقييم آدائك. غالبًا من يتقدم لوظائف عمل في مجال الإدارة، الهندسة، تدقيق حسابات، في البنوك، الخ... يقوم بخل هذه الاختبار. اذا كان هدفكم الوصول لوظيفة الاحلام وتحضير مهني لامتحان SHL  فقد وصلتم الى المكان المهني الصحيح.

(في بعض الشركات الوقت المحدد في القسم قد يصل الى 30 دقيقة بحسب اذا تم حل القسم التحضيري ما قبل الامتحان الفعلي)

هذا الجزء من التمرين يقوم بمساعدتك بفحص قدرتك على الحساب، استخلاص، والوصول للاستنتاجات بناءًا على بيانات ومعلومات رقمية.

يشمل هذا القسم من اختبار Shl اسئلة التي تقوم بفحص القدرات المنطقية عن طريق إكمال أشكال معينة بحسب ألألوان، وضعية، نقوشات وإلخ.

الهدف من هذه الأسئلة هو فحص القدرات والمهارات المنطقية في التفكير للمتقدمين لمنصب وظيفي معين.

The inner shape in one frame becomes the middle shape in the next frame; the middle shape becomes the outer shape in the next frame; and the outer shape becomes the inner shape two frames later. Thus, the outer shape in the missing frame should be a square (just like the middle shape in the 5th frame), the middle shape should be a triangle (like the inner shape in the 5th frame), and the inner shape should be a diamond (like the outer shape in the 4th frame).

AZ – 19: AZ is made of the two letters from opposite extremes of the alphabet; A is the first letter in the alphabet, and Z is the last letter. Following a similar pattern, 1 is the smallest number in the group of nodes, while 9 is the biggest number in the group of nodes.

BY – 28: B is the second-from-the-beginning letter and Y is the one-before-last letter in the alphabet, 2 is the second small number, while 8 is the second biggest number, from the top, in the group of nodes.

CX – 37: C is the third-from-the-beginning letter and X is the two-before-last letter, 3 is the third small number, while 7 is the third biggest number, from the top, in the group of nodes.

اسئلة Shl من هذا النوع تقوم بفحص قدرتك على استخلاص استنتاجات منطقية بحسب بيانات معطاة وتسلسل معيّن. عادةً، يتم فحص هذه القدرات بإرفاق نص معين وإيجاد التسلسل الصحيح لوقوع الأحداث.

الهدف من وراء هذا الإختبار بشكل عام هو فحص القدرات الإدراكيّة، ويقوم بتطوير طرق التفكير القدرة على حل المشكلات وبناء استنتاجات منطقية.

In a restaurant's pantry there are seven kinds of fruits - Figs, Guavas, Honeydews, Kiwis, Mangos, Nectarines and Papayas. The restaurant's chef has to pick exactly four different kinds of fruits out of the seven to make a fruit salad. The selected fruits must meet the following conditions:

  • Papaya can be selected only if Kiwi is selected.
  • Fig can be selected only if Nectarine is selected.
  • Either Mango or Nectarine must be selected but not both.

الهدف من اختبار SHL .لفحص التفكير الكلامي هو تقييم قدرتك على فهم المعلومات المعطاة وبناء استنتاجات حولها. هذه المعلومات تكون على هيئة نصوص قصيرة يتبعها جمل مع 3 إجابات محتملة، وعليك إختبار الاجابة الأكثر دقة بحسب إستنتاجك . 

غالبًا ما يكون النص مكتوبًا بلغة انجليزية دقيقة وبمستوى عالٍ، ينصح بعدم ترجمته للعربية ومحاولة فهم الكلمات والنص من خلال السياق لانه قد يفقد معناه عند الترجمة. 

يتم فحص نتائج هذا الإختبار عن طريق المقارنة بين آداء المرشحين الذين تقدموا لهذه الوظيفة، ومن ثم يتم تحويل هذه النتائج إلى نسبة التي تقيّم مستوى المرشحين للوظيفة وتقوم بتدريجهم.
